She provides psychotherapy services in Spanish and English to children, adolescents, and adults through Nystrom Counseling. She has completed advanced trainings in complex trauma and neuro-dissociative states from a variety of lenses, including AIR Network certification. Rachel is a marriage and family therapist, sex therapist, clinical licensure supervisor (WI and MN),and Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga facilitator in the La Crosse, Wisconsin and Winona, Minnesota areas. In April 2016 she completed the Trauma Center at JRI's Trauma Sensitive Yoga certification program becoming a TCTSY-F. She completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training at the Yoga Center of Minneapolis in 2010. She holds a Masters in Social Work from the University of St. Jen is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), certified in EMDR, is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (200 E-RYT) and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), and is a Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (TCTSY-F). She uses a holistic approach to honor the whole person, encouraging clients to connect with their whole-ness through their healing process at a pace that works for them. Jen offers individual counseling and group Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) in the Loring Park area of Minneapolis for women of all ages.
